Welcome! This system provides you with automated, 24/7 AI assistants that help your clients design their ideal sauna and book consultations with your team.
Because we use advanced routing behind the scenes, you do not need any coding knowledge to use this. This guide will walk you through our two primary tools: the Configurator and Spatial Planning.
1. The Configurator: Automated Sauna Design
The Configurator is designed to talk to your clients, figure out exactly what they want, and instantly organize that information into a neat spreadsheet for your sales team.
How Your Clients Use It
Instead of filling out a traditional web form, your clients will chat naturally with the AI. The assistant is trained to gently guide them through all necessary choices, including:
- Room Dimensions: Gathering the width and depth of their available space.
- Materials & Lighting: Asking for their preferences on wood types (like Stone Pine) and lighting setups.
- Compliance & Structure: Checking if they need specific electrical standards (like VDE compliance) or exterior wall accommodations.
Where the Data Goes (Your Google Sheet)
You don’t have to copy and paste anything. Once the client finishes the chat, the assistant automatically packages their answers and sends them directly to your provided Google Sheet.
- Every time a new client finishes a session, a new row will instantly appear in your spreadsheet.
- Troubleshooting Tip: If you don’t see a new row appear, verify you are looking at the live master Google Sheet, not an offline copy!
2. Spatial Planning: Room & Layout Mapping
The Spatial Planning assistant serves a completely different purpose. Instead of picking materials, this tool helps your clients visualize and measure how a sauna will physically fit into their home.
How Your Clients Use It
The assistant will help clients think through the logistics of their installation space. It will guide them through:
- Footprint Calculations: Helping them understand the net space required versus the gross room dimensions.
- Ceiling & Roof Slopes: Factoring in specific architectural quirks, like a “Kniestock” (knee wall) height for attic installations.
- Access & Clearances: Ensuring there is enough room for doors to open and proper ventilation around the cabin.
(Note: The Spatial Planning tool is purely consultative and prepares the client for a highly productive site visit with your installation team.)
3. Booking the Consultation (Calendar Integration)
Once a client completes either the Configurator or Spatial Planning process, the AI will offer to book a real-time consultation with your team.
- How it works: The assistant will provide the client with a direct, secure link to your company’s booking calendar.
- What the client sees: They will see your available dates and times, pick a slot that works for them, and confirm.
- You will instantly receive an email notification for the new appointment, and it will appear on your master schedule.
4. Privacy & Data Security
We take your clients’ data seriously.
- The system only collects the information necessary to design the sauna and book the appointment (name, contact info, and room specs).
- We do not collect payment information through the chat.
- All data is routed through secure, encrypted pipelines directly to your private company spreadsheet.
